Our Method
Booking
Once we receive the relevant information from you, we will schedule in a time that works for you and us to survey your property or site. You will be visited by a professional contractor trained to survey & carefully diagnose defects and report work orders needed in order to rectify faults found. We take a minimum payment of £100 as a deposit to secure your survey.
Survey
On arrival our contractor will take detailed videos and pictures of your
- Roof
- Overflow Pipes
- Down Pipes
- Guttering
- Gullies
- DPC
- Vegetation
- Pointing
These are to name a few and are all external. For a more thorough examination we will need to enter your home and begin our internal investigation. Although not always accurate within the damp and mould industry we will be using high tech moisture readers and other gadgets rather than relying solely on our own judgement.
Works
Once we have completed our survey we will write up a report of our findings and notify you of the next steps advising you of the work orders. We aim to eradicate every aspect of mould within your home once we find the root of the problem. The chemicals we use are friendly and we will advise you on precautions before works commence.
